Responsibilities of the Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of the United Automation Hub oversees the strategic direction of the network, ensuring that all member companies adhere to the highest standards in compliance, technological excellence, and professional collaboration. It monitors the Membership Rules and actively shapes the Hub's ongoing development.​​The Board is composed of C-level executives from leading international companies, bringing diverse perspectives to address the challenges and opportunities within the automation industry. Members not only represent their own business interests but also contribute to the platform’s broader advancement.​​A central goal is to support the growth of member companies and foster connections within the network. With their expertise, members assist new companies during onboarding and represent the Hub at key industry events. Additionally, the Advisory Board provides a forum for discussing technological and market developments, contributing to innovative solutions within the network.

Ramon Jenny

CEO of Jenny Science​

Ramon Jenny is the CEO of Jenny Science, a Swiss company specializing in direct-drive linear and rotary actuators. The company delivers high-precision automation solutions worldwide, serving manufacturing, medical technology, and semiconductor industries. As a member of the United Automation Hub's Advisory Board, Jenny contributes his extensive expertise in automation and drive technology.

Pierre Beer

CEO of Gett Group

Pierre Beer is the CEO of Gett Group, a global leader in electronics manufacturing and medical technology. The company specializes in input systems for medical and industrial applications, with operations across Germany, Asia, and North America. As a VDMA member with expertise in electronics manufacturing and global networking, Beer serves on the Advisory Board of the United Automation Hub.

Christian Sojka

Founder and CEO of SOJKA Group

Christian Sojka is the founder and CEO of SOJKA Group and the driving force behind the United Automation Hub. Headquartered in Germany, SOJKA Group is a specialist in robotics and automation, comprising four companies. His vision focuses on uniting leading companies to drive innovation, leveraging his expertise in international markets and automation technology to forge strategic partnerships across industries.

Markus Rimmele

Managing Principal of DigitalituM

Markus Rimmele, founder of DigitalituM, is a seasoned expert in industrial automation and digital transformation with over 20 years in the field. Starting as a Mechatronic Technician, he progressed to an Electrical Engineering degree and an EMBA. Markus specializes in adapting European manufacturing tech for North America, working in automotive, medical, and warehouse automation. Certified in Reliability, Maintenance, and Lean Six Sigma, he integrates AR/VR, IoT, and AI into manufacturing. He also co-leads the Digitalization Consortium and is a published speaker on smart manufacturing.

Jens Müller

CEO of M&P Sachverständige

Jens Müller, CMSE®  is the founder and CEO of M&P Sachverständige, specializing in machine safety (ISO/CE), automation, and robotics. With over 25 years of international hands-on experience in robotics and automation, he brings profound knowledge and expertise to the industry. He is also actively involved in national and international standards committees for robotics and has an excellent network in business and industry.His professional background includes roles as a system integrator, gripper manufacturer, and robot manufacturer. Jens Müller combines technical expertise with strategic vision to develop innovative and safe solutions in the field of robotics and automation.

Kai Bitter

Kai Bitter is a corporate attorney and partner at Frost Brown Todd LLP, a leading law firm in the Midwestern United States with offices spanning coast to coast. Since 2007, he has led the German Desk, advising German Mittelständler on their activities in the U.S. Previously, Kai practiced as an attorney in Germany. He is a graduate of the University of Muenster’s law school and holds a postgraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. Kai has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law (2023) and by Chambers Global for his expertise in international corporate law.
