The United Automation Hub was born out of a vision to solve a critical industry challenge: providing the world’s best machine builders with high-quality, localized service in target markets—without the need for excessive travel or high operational costs. Founded on the idea of minimizing machine downtime, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity, the Hub’s mission is to deliver seamless first-level support and technical expertise right at the customer’s doorstep.
This transformative approach evolved over years of hands-on industry experience and deep understanding of market needs. The roots trace back to SOJKA Solutions GmbH, a German-born specialist in robotics and automation, founded in 2015 by Christian Sojka. Since then, SOJKA has risen to become a premier service provider, supporting industries ranging from packaging and pharmaceuticals to consumer electronics, battery, and automotive.
Known for its world-class clients and steady growth, the company quickly recognized the recurring need for consistent service across global regions. Christian Sojka observed that while machine builders needed service solutions worldwide, maintaining a dedicated local service center often wasn’t feasible due to scattered demand and high overhead. End customers, on the other hand, could not bear the full cost of opening localized centers for support. This insight laid the foundation for the United Automation Hub, a shared service model designed to bridge these gaps.
